Respectful Portrayal: We are committed to maintaining your dignity and safety. We will never knowingly publish photos or videos that portray participants in an offensive, unsafe, or defamatory manner.
Minors: Photos or videos featuring participants under the age of 18 will only be used with explicit prior consent from a parent or legal guardian.
No Monetary Compensation: Participants understand and agree that they will not receive financial compensation, royalties, or residual payments for the use of any media captured during a trip.

Opting Out / Requesting Removal

1. Before/During the Trek: If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform your Trek Leader / Event Lead prior to the start of the activity. We will do our best to ensure you are not included in media capture.
2. We will review and process your removal request within 7 business days.
